Objective

Promote quality architectural work, with a special focus on lesser-known or unknown architects within the professional class.

Promote the dissemination of correct detailing and technical drawing solutions among professionals and students, raising awareness of relevant innovations and preventing construction pathologies.

Integrate an active social component , as described below.


Formal framework

The publication House Details Architecture respects the deontological principles of the press and professional ethics, committing itself not to pursue exclusively commercial ends nor to distort or omit information, nor to abuse the good faith of its readers.

It reflects a strong social mission, allocating €450 of the magazine's profits every quarter to a person or social solidarity institution previously identified in each issue and on this website.

Periodical publication specializing in architecture.

Editorial structure

  • Director and Editor: Architect registered with the Portuguese Order of Architects (OA), associate of an architecture firm in Lisbon. Owner of a bookstore specializing in architecture and owner of a private collection of over 4,000 books and technical journals.
  • Collaborators: all are architects and full members of the OA.

Content selection

The selection and validation of technical-scientific content is the sole responsibility of the Editor .

Advertising space

Advertising will be organized by page blocks, according to the table applicable to the European Economic Area.

Advertising space may not exceed 1/12 of the total page size . The magazine's management reserves the right to refuse advertising that does not fit within its editorial purpose, that contravenes current legislation, or that represents unfair practices from a competitive, environmental, or social perspective.
