10. Product Availability

The online catalog is independent of physical stores. House Details only processes orders after payment confirmation.

If stock is unavailable, the customer will be contacted. An equivalent product may be proposed, with their consent.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days, if no alternative is found or there is no consent to change the order.

11. Product delivery terms and conditions

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery is free at Técnica Livraria. Delivery times vary:

  • National: 2 to 5 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7 to 21 business days

The buyer becomes the owner of the goods upon delivery. Responsibility transfers upon shipment.

12. Cancellations, exchanges and returns

Right of Free Resolution

The customer may return the item within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and accompanied by an invoice.

Returns should only be made after contacting Técnica Livraria. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Satisfaction Policy

Free returns are possible within 30 days. Refunds will be issued after the product's condition has been verified.

Damaged products will be collected free of charge. Refunds will be made using the original method or a digital gift card.

Order Cancellation

The customer can cancel the order up until delivery. Orders unpaid within 5 days are automatically canceled.

In case of credit, the contract is automatically terminated.

In-Store Pickup

The withdrawal must be made within 30 days. After 90 days, the amount will be refunded upon presentation of the invoice.

13. Applicable Law

Purchases are subject to Portuguese law. Disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts.

14. Alternative Dispute Resolution

The consumer can resort to an ADR entity for disputes related to purchases.
